— SHIPPING —

All domestic shipping is done through USPS. Items are made to order, and shipping goes out once a week. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.

Our boxes are made of 100% recycled content, and we continue to do everything we can to minimize waste in the packaging and shipping process.

 

— RETURNS —

All candle (and wax tray) sales are final. If your package is received and the product is in a damaged condition, please contact us within two days of receiving the product with photographic proof of damage as well as photos of the damaged box with the shipping label visible at people@handshandshandshandshands.com to authorize a return of the damaged goods (which we will recycle as a new product) and release the shipment of a replacement.

 

— INTERNATIONAL VAT / CUSTOMS DUTY —

If the package crosses a border that charges import fees/tariffs, you will be requested to pay your government's fees by the postal service. If the package is abandoned because a duty is not collected, we cannot offer you a replacement.

HANDS does not refund international duties and taxes. For information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
